It was established through the proclamation no. 15/2001 E.C while the city Administration established the executive offices.

The bureau was established in March 2001E.C
Vision
The bureau would aspire to make Addis Ababa one of the five African cities which established complete and powerful communication system in 2020 through building people who participate and consider the city’s development as their own and enhancing democratic thoughts as well.
Mission
Extending a communication system which exercises the culture of providing clear and fast response so as to play a vital role in the field and that enables to have a smooth flow of information between the government and the dwellers of the City.

Illegal Traders should have to be deprivedThe 7th meeting of Addis Ababa Trade Associations Council decided to prevent to the actions of illegal traders. The president of the council, Ato Abebaw Mekonen noted that the council has been working to keep the rights & benefits of the associations who are organized in Addis Ababa city in the field of trade. |
