Vision

Make Addis Ababa City internationally competent and to become a model city in Africa through the provision of municipal services for its dwellers and let the city be clean, green, and keep a standardized plan as well in the year of 2012 E.C.

Mission

Build up the executive capacity of the city’s municipal service; make the services of land and plan preparation and provision, supply of clean water, sanitation and beautification, abattoirs, fire and emergency protection activities to be fast, fair, modern, current, and reachable based on the participation of the community and stakeholders; and that enable the city to be led in plan and ensure development and good government based on the public benefit.
