The Parliament

Built in 1935 and currently a seat for the House of people’s Representatives and the House of Federation of Ethiopia.

Economic Commission for Africa (UN-ECA)

This building was erected for the commemoration of the African people’s unity in 1971. It is one of the five main continental organizations. Also found the mosaic stained glass work of the renown maitre artist laureate Afework Tekle.

These mud cottages with their traditional grass-tops have kept their beauty for more than a century;located in the compound of the British embassy.
Addis Ababa University building
The first university, formerly a palace to the late emperor Haile selassie has also been Grazziani,s residence and headquarters during the Italian invasion.

The municipality building

Design: was created by an Italian architect Entro Mezie in 1769.

Patriarch’s residence
The design of the building shows the ancient architectural art of Ethiopia in a modern way.

The Grand Mosque

One of the many mosques around Addis, which is located at the busiest spot of the city, attracts many tourists particularly on Fridays.
