    Entoto Museum
In this museum visitors could find ceremonial dresses of the king and the queen, Menelik's crown and a Persian carpet are only a few amongst many on display.

  The National Museum
Sections consisting lucy and other fossils and stone tools. The richest collections to study the human origin. Here visitors could take a journey to millions of years back and communicate with their ancestors. The historical archaeology section exhibits findings depicting pre Exhibits findings depicting pre Axumite times to the 20th century ad pottery minted coins, crescent discs and ancient house old items make one mysteriously curious about the variety and the diversity of Ethiopian culture; traditional and ceremonial costumes are on display in the ethnographic section. The stolen and later retrieved throne of the late emperor and other traditional armaments made this section attractive to many visitors; modern art section houses selected paintings and sculptures of different Ethiopian artists, like Maitre Artist Laureate Afework Tekle,s and other world wide known Ethiopian artists.
Traditional, transitional, contemporary arts and graphics are also in display here.

    Ethnographic Museum
This museum is found in the old place of the late emperor. It comprised the bedroom of the emperor which imitates European culture, exhibiting some personal gifts to the emperor. One section displays production tools and techniques of craftsmen and the beauty and diversity of the material culture displayed in another.

A sizable proportion of wild file collection that exists in this museum is endemic to Ethiopia.

St.George Cathedral Museum
Menelik,s astounding victory over Italians was believed, according to him, was due to the presence of the Ark ‘tabot' which he took to the battlefield. For this he constructed the church, which now displays costumes of spiritual leaders and sacred rulers; crosses; religious books written on parchments and many others.
